Mr. Gulino received his undergraduate degree in Economics from Fordham University. He then attended Tour Law School where he received his J.D. in 2008. Since that time Mr. Gulino has devoted his practice to family law and matrimonial law. He is admitted to the New York State Bar. He is also admitted in Federal Court, specifically the Eastern District of New York and the Southern District of New York. In 2015, Mr. Gulino was awarded the Top Ten in Client Satisfaction Award from the American Institute of Family Law Attorneys.
Mr. Gulino’s practice areas include divorce, separation, annulment, child custody, visitation, child support, maintenance, spousal support, orders of protection, relocation, restraining orders, mediation, and all other Family Court Matters. Mr. Gulino also has significant experience with appellate proceedings. Further, as a devoted father Mr. Gulino is passionate about custody and father’s rights. He also has vast experience with unique property claims.
Mr. Gulino is well-versed in both Supreme Court and Family Court matters and he has successfully handled all types of matrimonial matters from annulments and uncontested divorces to high-asset divorces which included business ownerships and complex real estate issues. Mr. Gulino also has experience in highly contested custody matters, including but not limited to custody matters involving issues of abuse and alienation. Mr. Gulino has handled matrimonial matters and Family Court hearings in both Nassau and Suffolk County, as well as all five boroughs.
Mr. Gulino is no stranger to upstate Courts and areas of law that are surrounding divorces, such as Criminal Law and Orders of Protection. He has handled dozens of complex matters involving Orders of Protection and violations of Orders of Protection from Westchester to Riverhead, New York, and all the counties in between.
