Robert T. Nothdurft, Jr., Esq. is a life-long resident of Long Island and is admitted to practice law throughout New York State. Mr. Nothdurft graduated from St. John’s University with a Bachelor of Arts in Speech and Rhetoric as well as a Master of Arts in Government and Politics. Afterwards, he traveled to Washington, D.C. to study law at American University.
Mr. Nothdurft started his legal career practicing criminal defense with Nassau County. There, he litigated a number of jury trials and countless hearings for various offenses. Most of his cases were handled in the Domestic Violence Part. Mr. Nothdurft advocated for defendants charged with offenses against their domestic partners and children. As a result, Mr. Nothdurft shifted his focus to clients in need of the same zealous representation during tough familial times heading towards litigation in the Family Court and Supreme Court.
Mr. Nothdurft’s experience in the courtroom negotiating with adversaries and persuasively arguing before judges continues to give his clients the advantage in their legal matters. Mr. Nothdurft facilitates creative solutions for the clients of our firm.
