Salamone & Associates, P.C., only an experienced divorce attorney is permitted to mediate.

What to expect from mediation
As long as you can both agree within a reasonable amount of sessions, expect to get divorced. Our mediations begin with discussing the issues, examining all the necessary documents and reviewing pertinent laws. They end with an agreement and a judgment of divorce.
Our fees for mediation are as follows:
- 5 per session (up to 1-hour)
- Two-session minimum
- $1,500 for all document preparation
- $450 for filing and court fees for divorce
- $50 for filing and court fees for separation
