Mr. Giannone is unique in that he is not only a licensed attorney, but also a former New York City Police Officer and EMT. As a Police Officer, he assisted people through stressful, violent, and emotionally taxing situations, including domestic disputes, order of protection violations, and family offenses. This service experience and natural inclination to help others is reflected in the commitment he shows towards his clients.
Mr. Giannone earned his undergraduate degree at the State University of New York at Stony Brook. He obtained his Juris Doctorate from the Touro College Jacob D. Fuchsberg Law Center, graduating early with a concentration in Criminal Law. He is also a member of the New York State Bar Association.
Admitted to practice at both the State and Federal levels, he has honed his skills in research, writing, oral argument, negotiation, and litigation. His previous litigation experience in no-fault insurance defense, personal injury, and foreclosure defense, in addition to his time on patrol, make him well suited to manage the unique and challenging situations his clients are faced with on a daily basis.
