    Karolina Krasnyanskaya has nearly ten years of experience in all facets of Matrimonial & Family Law.
    Prior to joining Bryan Salamone & Associates, P.C., Ms. Krasnyanskaya was a solo practitioner, and served as Of Counsel to numerous prominent law firms throughout New York City. Ms. Krasnyanskaya likewise served as General Counsel to a Business Development Firm, where she handled all of the firm’s intellectual property and corporate matters, and gained extensive knowledge of contract drafting, review, and negotiation.
    Prior to opening her own practice, Ms. Krasnyanskaya worked as an associate at numerous prestigious New York City law firms, handling complex litigation issues including securities fraud, defamation of prominent figures, and high-profile divorce cases.

    Ms. Krasnyanskaya’s extensive experience in both matrimonial and business litigation makes her uniquely qualified to handle complex high-net-worth divorce matters.

    Ms. Krasnyanskaya received her undergraduate degree from Baruch College where she majored in English Literature, and received her Juris Doctorate from Touro Law School, Jacob D. Fuchsberg Law Center. While in Law School, Ms. Krasnyanskaya completed a clinic in Family Law where she handled divorce, custody, and domestic violence matters for indigent clients and was the winner of a highly competitive Public Interest Fellowship where she worked as legal counsel for the LGBT Community. She also studied International and Comparative Law, abroad, in Moscow State University.

    Ms. Krasnyanskaya is fluent in Russian.
