    Marc Stein, Esq. graduated from SUNY Binghamton with a B.A. in Philosophy, Politics, and Law. Mr. Stein earned a juris doctorate from New York Law School and is admitted to the New York State Bar Association. Since admission, he has concentrated his efforts and skills in the area of matrimonial law and has appeared in all of the courts within the five boroughs of New York City and Nassau and Suffolk counties.

    Mr. Stein has represented celebrities and public figures and holds membership in numerous professional legal organizations, including the New York Bar Association, and the New York City Lawyers Association. He handles complex equitable distribution cases, as well as all family law and divorce issues.

    He is well-versed in asset valuation cases and equitable claims to real estate by non-titled spouses. Mr. Stein is an expert in relocation cases as well as an advocate for grandparent visitation. He has argued numerous cases before the Appellate Division and has recently set new precedence with respect economic conditions warranting relocation of a custodial parent. Over the years, Mr. Stein has become a senior trial associate at Bryan L. Salamone & Associates, P.C.

    Mr. Stein has been a trial attorney for Bryan L. Salamone & Associates, P.C. for more than a decade. He is a skilled litigator, having tried numerous matrimonial and family law matters in Suffolk County, Nassau County, New York City, and the surrounding boroughs. Mr. Stein is the recipient of numerous awards and has concentrated his skills towards high-end and high-conflict divorce cases in Supreme Court. Mr. Stein has handled divorces with disputes well over $1,000,000 dollars in assets and he has argued cases before the Appellate Division and has set the boundaries for the law. His decisions have been published and are cited as precedent by New York State. He is a senior trial associate of the firm, and his vast experience in divorce and family law has helped over a thousand people in the last decade.
